Refund Policy

AltarPray provides an immediate digital reflection experience. The selected amount is charged for that digital service. Revenue supports hosting, payment processing, maintenance, and continued development.

Because the digital experience begins immediately and is delivered online, payments are generally final once the experience has been provided.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights. We may issue a refund where required by law or in cases of duplicate payment, unauthorized payment, technical failure, or where the digital experience was not provided.

Send refund or payment-support requests to vow@altarpray.com within 14 days of payment. Include the payment date, amount, currency, and the email used at Stripe Checkout. Do not include your private reflection text.
